As a Facultative Client Services Technician some of your key responsibilities will involve:
  • Provide Credit Control support to the Fac RI business unit.
  • Manage Premium Warranties.
  • Manage Bad Debt.
  • Respond to enquiries from the insurer, liaise with the client, underwriters and third parties(as appropriate).
  • Liaise with and support the Xchanging offshore function for Fac.
  • Monitor and manage Premium submissions and resolution of Bureau queries.
  • Handle London Market bureaux queries to resolution.
  • Produce claims and premium statistics.
  • Manage allocated claims from first advice to final settlement.
  • Monitor progress of claims notifications and collections.
  • Ensure files/systems are updated with actions taken.
  • Manage claims for allocated clients and accounts.
  • Liaise with Aon Benfield network offices.
  • Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

    About you
  • Strong knowledge of the London Market
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Facultative Reinsurance knowledge is highly desirable
  • Experience with claims, premium queries and/or credit control
