A local business in St Ives are currently looking to recruit a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk. This role will support them for 3 months.

The main duties of the role are as follows:
- Coding invoices
- Processing invoices
- Chasing suppliers
- Updating suppliers
- Chasing duplicate invoices and credit notes
- Resolving supplier queries
- Assisting with payment runs
- Processing purchase orders

Candidates must have experience of processing purchase orders and using a purchase order system. The role will be busy so candidates must be happy to work with a demanding workload.

The position will be working remotely in the first instance but there may be periodic travel to the office
