We are seeking a talented Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our client based in Rutherglen.

The ideal candidate will be available immediately and will be able to hit the ground running taking full command of the Accounts Payable process.

Our client is well established within the Construction industry and due to a busy period they require someone immediately on an ongoing basis to help.

What you will be required to do:

* Previous Purchase Ledger experience
* Code and check invoices
* Deal with purchase enquiries
* High volume invoice clearing
* Prepare monthly statements for clients
* Raising Payments
* Matching, batching and coding invoices
* Dealing with any invoice queries
* Deal with purchase enquiries
* Supplier statement reconciliations

Skills required:

* Sage 50
* Sage Purchase Order System (Advantageous)
* Intermediate to advanced Excel
* Purchase Ledger
* Invoice processing

The hours of work are 9-5 and the office is easily reached by public transport and there is onsite parking.
