Success Recruit are currently working with a growing and well-established organisation who are looking to recruit a Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their fast-paced and dynamic business based in Essex.
The successful Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant will be responsible for working closely within a busy accounts department and will be expected to have a minimum of two years\' experience within a Purchase/Sales Ledger role to support the growth of this department.
The successful Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant will be expected to:

Job Specifics
Purpose of the role
The successful Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant will be responsible for ensuring all of the sales and purchase ledgers are maintained and ensuring all recorded and actioned.
Duties to include:
* Raise all sales invoices
* Raise and send out all hire invoices and support with cash flow
* Posting of purchase invoices
* Raising purchase and sales ledger
* Monitoring cash flow
* Processing bank payments
* Check the purchase ledger with statements and ensure a follow up is actioned
* General ad-hoc administration duties
Hours:
Monday - Friday 09:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £10 - £12 per hour
