We are actively recruiting for an experienced Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our client in a short term temporary role based near St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Working remotely but still living within a commutable distance from the office, this role is expected to last between 3-6 months.

Supporting all small but friendly team of 4, duties include:

Processing and coding of purchase invoices
Resolving queries
Expenses processing
Credit Control to chase outstanding invoices
Setting up new customers
Reviewing requests for amendments to credit limits
Supporting with collecting data for the annual audit
Suitable applicants must have the following experience:

A minimum of 3 years experience within a finance environment in a similar role
Demonstrable track record in navigating finance systems, ideally with a knowledge of ERP systems
IT Literate with Office 365
Must be able to work unsupervised with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Team player who is willing to go the 'extra mile'
Interviews will take place via Microsoft Teams during week commencing 15th February, with the role expected to start the following week.
