Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently working with a forward thinking business based in Goole who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team to assist with the increased workload on a Fixed Term Contract.

The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently under pressure using excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing environments with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales ledger - generating invoices and sending out to clients
- Setting up new accounts
- Allocating cash onto accounts
- Creating/running daily credit reports
- Journal payments
- Resolving any queries with the customers
- Setting credit limits
- Daily management of own accounts

Experienced required:

- At least 1 years' worth of experience working within an accounts receivable/sales ledger position
- Confident liaising with individuals at all levels
- Comfortable working within a busy team environment
- Experience working with a high volume of accounts
- Educated to GCSE level, including Maths & English
- Computer literate
