Senior Finance Assistant / Purchase Ledger - Temp Role

Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Assistant / Purchase Ledger to join a fantastic UK leading organisation based in Northampton on a temporary basis, with an immediate start. This is a 2-month assignment, working full time hours and offering a competitive salary.

If you\'re a driven and determined individual who\'s proactive, highly organised, focused and passionate about accounts then this might be the role for you!

The Role:

  • Manage, handle and process invoices
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Produce cash reports on a regular basis
  • Make and record payments and issue receipts when required
  • Act as the main point of contact for bank mandate changes and updates
  • Identify and resolve any issues quickly and escalate when required
  • Accurately validate and submit gift aid claims
  • Support the finance team and assist with any queries in relation to gift aid

You:

  • A minimum of 3 years\' experience in an Accounts / Finance related role
  • Outstanding knowledge of Purchase Ledger duties
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and can use their own initiative to solve issues and queries
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Thrives on working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication skills
