Senior Credit Control

A fantastic permanent opportunity for a full time Senior Credit Control role based in Stockport with flexible home working.

Client Details

Working fro a very well established, highly progressive and dynamic organisation. Based in a fast paced and friendly team.


The duties include:

  1. Managing the sales ledger process for our UK, Irish and US businesses. This includes ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of clients in line with contract terms.
  2. Liaising and supporting project managers with unbilled revenue (WIP) to ensure we can invoice as soon as possible.
  3. Credit control, age debt recovery by e-mail and telephone
  4. Starting legal proceedings if clients do not pay their debts on time
  5. Responding to and resolving all internal and external sales invoices queries
  6. Ensure adherence to month end deadlines.
  7. Assisting the Finance Manager with any additional work required.
  8. To carry out any additional activities that may be reasonably required or requested.


The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have experience working in a similar role - essential
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
  • Have basic Excel skills - Essential
  • Be an excellent communicator at all levels - Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay up to £28,000 + Bonus + Flexible home working + Parking
