An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Ledger Team Leader. The company moves at a fast pace yet have a great culture. The purpose of the role is to support the business operation and planning whilst the ideal candidate having financial skills and knowledge to partner the support.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Ledger Team Leader

  • Working with the bulling manager to ensure that we are striving to meet a specific SLA on invoicing queries, working on trend analysis and working with key stakeholders within the business to identify root case and query prevention
  • Process improvement - directly assist the Billing Manager in process improvement continuing to develop efficiencies of the team activity and approach
  • Account management - work with the Credit Control Team on a specific set of customers to help drive query reduction and improvement to the customer experience
  • Develop existing query approach to maximise benefit for the team and cash generation

Person Specification

  • Provide accurate and timely reporting for outstanding queries and team productively
  • Ensure the timely resolution of invoicing queries with set targets
  • Experience in a billing or credit control related role
  • Provide invoice query updates to the team and wider department
  • Liaise and build key relationships with other key departments across the business
