Description

The core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage the credit control team
Set and monitor KPI\'s
Conduct 1:1s
Manage the team of invoice clerks
Looking at SOPs and identifying opportunities for improvementProfile

The successful candidate will:

Ideally have the ICM qualification
Have previous management experience
Have excellent IT and systems skills
