My client, a successful manufacturing business, require a Part Time Sales Ledger assistant to join them through a period of growth.

The successful candidate will be working within a small but hard working finance team of four people. This role does have the opportunity to go full time if the successful candidate wishes.

Please find below some of the duties of the role:

Sales Ledger/Credit control

Cash management

Receipts payments

Looking at receipts HSBC

Reconciliations daily

Credit control - chasing aged debt speaking to clients/customers

Dealing with queries

Chasing outstanding debt

Payroll - additional training will be provided for this.

Shared responsibilities of other accounting duties when team members are on annual leave.

Sales reconciliations, reporting databases, rebates

Prepayments

HP Loans

General assisting with month end

The use of Sage and good excel skills are required.
