Client Details

My client is a well established, growing business based in the heart of Chessington. They offer a great service to many different industries and have an enviable working environment.


The role will involve, but not be limited to:

  • To ensure timely raising of invoices and credits
  • Chasing customers for payments
  • To ensure relevant authorisation process has been followed to be Audit compliant
  • To record all summary details of all contacts with both internal and external customers
  • To prepare reports for review by management when required
  • To ensure documentation and filing kept up to date and accurate
  • Identify and report potential issues
  • Make recommendations to management on improvements to systems and procedures


The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience with; credit control, admin, customer service or finance
  • Be keen to work within finance
  • Be a clear communicator
  • Have good system skills, and in particularly Excel
  • Be able to work in the office 2-3 times per week
