Our client is a long established and leading manufacturer and supplier in its field with an enviable reputation for product quality.
A vacancy has arisen in the Accounts dept for a Sales Ledger/Credit Controller.
This position would be ideally suited to someone who may have a little experience in this area, who is looking to learn, progress and build a career within a highly successful company.
Duties will include:
* Administration of customer accounts
* Releasing orders if accounts on hold due to credit
* Accounts admin such as copy invoices, statements etc.
* Sending reminder letters
* Taking credit card payments
* Entering payment information into the Sales ledger to keep track of funds paid and identify debtors
Experience required:
* Some previous experience of Credit Control/Sales ledger (6 months minimum ideally)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Team player
* Self motivated
* Good IT skills
* Confidence to make outbound Credit Control calls
Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
