Long established and innovative business situated in Thetford is looking to recruit a Sales Ledger/Credit Controller. Reporting to the Accountant you will be responsible for the following duties:

* Be in charge of the sales ledger accounts.

* Accurate confirmation of delivery notes ensuring system generated and proforma invoices are correctly raised

* Liaise with other departments and customers in order to deal with invoice queries.

* Credit Control - Oversee the Aged Debtors List - Pre-empt falling debts and chase any outstanding ones.

* Provide cover for Purchase Ledger.

* Complete manual invoices and credits notes.

* Administration of new accounts and maintain any amendments.

* Bank reconciliations in multi currencies (GBP, EURO & USD).

You will have some sales ledger or credit control experience, strong communication skills, a high level of accuracy, good numeracy skills excellent computer skills including Excel.
