Job Purpose

To provide a professional and quality centralised service to the Princes group wide businesses for sales to UK and International customers. This will include all Major Multiple Retailers and the Convenience, Foodservice and Industrial sectors.


* Promotional budget - c£160 million

· 4,000 Rebate Entries per annum

* 8,000 invoices processed per annum

* 10,000 pricing condition changes per annum

Principal Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely validation of all customer invoices.

* End to end processing of all promotional deductions and invoices.

* Responsible for entering price changes and new line forms ensuring appropriate authorisation has been obtained.

* Liaising with Sales for full query resolution in connection with customer invoices and pricing.

* Hold bi-weekly meetings with Sales to review rebate balances.

* Quarterly review to identify rebate releases.

* Ensure scanning is completed to meet internal and external audit requirements.

* Maintenance and reporting of deductions accounts.

* Processing of staff sales.

* Internal control compliance.

* Maintain a positive business relationship with all internal and external customers.

* Provide holiday cover when required for other members of the team.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

* SAP knowledge an advantage or experience of fully integrated systems e.g.

JD Edwards or Oracle.

* Knowledge of Food & Drinks Sector preferred but experience of any industry with sale of goods to Convenience, Foodservice and Industrial sectors.

* Previous experience in an Administration function.

* Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

* Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Excel

* Highly numerate and literate.

* Attention to detail.

* Team Player.

* Adaptable to change
