Our long established and well respected client, currently have an exciting Sales Ledger job vacancy located in Brackley.

Working as part of a small team, the Sales Ledger job role will have the following duties and responsibilities:

* Checking invoices and sending them to customers by post and e-mail.

* Processing daily customer receipts (cheques, CCT's and BACS receipts) and posting them onto Sage.

* Processing credit card payments for proforma customers,

* Ledger spreadsheets and reconciliations.

* Dealing with general account queries.

* Credit control.

* Raising credit notes.

* Bank reconciliations

* Liaising with Bank

* Archiving / General admin

This is a varied Sales Ledger role which includes aspects Credit Control.

Candidates will need to have previous accounts experience and will ideally have used Sage in the past.

Our client offers a fantastic team environment and wonderful open-plan offices, located in the heart of Brackley and a short distance from most areas of the town.

Working hours for this permanent Accounts Assistant role are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

A lunch break of 45 minutes.

On-site parking available.

Salary: Up to c. £20,000 per annum
