Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Coventry based client in their search for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join the business on an initial six month fixed term contract basis, offering an immediate start. You will be working as part of a dynamic finance team and will be responsible for ensuring customer payments are accurately processed to deadlines. My client is looking for a proactive candidate with the ability to take ownership of their own workload and with the desire to become an integral member of a successful team.

Daily duties and experience required includes:

• Minimum of 12 months experience of working as a Sales Ledger Clerk or similar level position

• High volume allocation of payments

• Reconciling bank accounts

• Raising sales invoices

• Processing cheque payments

• Query resolution
