My client, an extremely successful and forward-thinking global business based in Newcastle are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk on a permanent basis due to continued growth of the organisation

Sitting within a dynamic Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for the control of the company's Sales Ledger balances and managing the end to end process of the AR function whilst ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations.

Key responsibilities:

Generate outgoing invoices

Investigate and manage queries

Internal/external query resolution relating to invoices & disputes

Maintain strong relationships with customers & businesses

Keeping account and chasing of outstanding debts to manage cashflow

Eliminating risks and extended debtor days where possible

When relevant, manage debit note processes

Review monthly debit balances and building reports

Set up and maintenance of vendor data

Key skills required:

Background in Accounts Receivable is essential

Resilient and able to work under pressure

Strong ability to multi-task

Excellent excel skills

Strong communication skills
