£22,000 - £23,000

Are you a self-motivated Sales ledger clerk and looking for a fantastic new role in Stirling?

You would be working on a full-time basis in Stirling, earning up to £23,000 depending on experience.

Reporting into the Accountant this is a critical role for the business that will requires a focused and reliable person with sales ledger experience, good organisational skills and an ability to work as part of a team. Your daily Accountancy & Finance responsibilities include, but aren\'t limited to:

Credit Control - Chase and recover all debts due within the agreed terms and conditions.
Respond and resolve all customer queries within a timescale to bring satisfactory conclusion
Develop relationships with accounts contacts
Daily Posting of Cash received from the Bank Statement
Build & Post Daybook to allocate payments received to ensure Sales Ledger is current and up to date for Credit Controllers.
Manual Invoicing - Process Ad Hoc requests when required to raise Invoices to customers not raised automatically from Finance System.
Weekly Recharge Invoicing - Generate and Print all Recharge Invoices and match backup to E-mail to customers for payment.
Monthly Invoicing - Raise and generate all Monthly Invoice Types to E-mail and send to customers for payment.
Monthly Reporting - Produce and E-mail relevant Customer reports to match invoicing for Customer\'s ease of Reconciliation.
Sales Ledger - Provide cover to the Sales Ledger to ensure timescales are met A high level of attention to detail is needed as well as excellent communication and numeracy skills, and ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work on your initiative. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, and be committed towards continuous professional development, as well as, have experience in using Microsoft Excel.
