You will need prior expertise in high volume Sales Ledger, allocating payments and dealing with high volumes of sales invoicing.

The Sales Ledger / Billing Clerk will be responsible for:

  • High volume sales ledger invoicing and issuing customer statements
  • Accurate entry of financial information to customer accounts
  • Dealing with internal queries relating to sales ledger and customer payments
  • Administering sales ledger documents and ensuring accuracy in high volume sales ledger invoicing
  • Working with senior staff to effectively investigate and resolve errors in payment allocations
  • Updating customer accounts


To be considered for this Sales Ledger / Billing Clerk role you must have previous experience in high volume Finance Admin or Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable administration, processing high volumes of sales invoices and accurate allocation of customer payments. Expertise within a a large fast paced business would be preferred but is not essential. Strong IT skills would be required
