About the role

• Cash postings
• Setting up new customers
• Raising credit notes and manual invoices
• Reporting using excel
• Reconciliation of complex accounts
• Producing export documentation and insurance certificates
• Letters of credit administration

Essential

• Previous Sales Ledger experience
• Knowledge of Excel and MS Office

Desirable

• Knowledge of export and customs requirements

Person Specification

• Hard working, energetic, intelligent and curious with an interest in manufacturing and proven ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand and interpret manufacturing data.
• A person with a positive "can do" attitude who also believes in process and systems.
