Page Personnel are currently recruiting on bahelf of an award-winning business, who have been specialists in their industry for many years. The company are relocating from Wakefield to South Leeds in Summer 2022 and as a result, are looking for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join their successful finance team.

Description

As a Sales Ledger Administrator you be responsible for, however not limited to; taking full responsibility for the day to day running of the Sales Ledger facility as well as, weekly & monthly invoicing, consolidating invoices to suppliers and customers, producing customer invoicing from the CRM Database, posting daily cash takings, issuing statements, petty cash posting & reconciliation, customer query resolution, processing refunds & credit notes when required, managing client accounts, aged debt reporting and assisting with IT System project and implementation when required.

Profile

The successful candidate will;

Have experience of Sales ledger/Accounts Receivable
Have the ability to interact with all functions within the business and colleagues at all levels so as to business partner with them
Have the ability to work within a team environment but able to manage workload independently
Have effective presentation & communication skills, both written and verbalJob Offer

Salary is up to £22,000 per annum
