Our client recruiting for an enthusiastic Sales Ledger Assistant to join their Accounts team in Hunslet, Leeds.

Our client is a leading Leeds based company supplying to the public and trade.

THE ROLE

As a Sales Ledger Assistant you will be creating Invoices & emailing them out - Daily
Consolidated Invoicing - Weekly
Releasing orders for card payments made on portal - Daily
Posting BACS, cheques & Card payments - Daily
Settlement discount credit notes - Daily/as required
Unallocated Cash - Daily
Sales ledger closedown - Monthly
Journaling off old payments/credit notes - Monthly
Dealing with phone calls/queries
Credit control Duties - Daily/as required
General administration duties
Working from our clients Hunslet, Leeds office
THE PERSON

The successful Sales Ledger Assistant will have experience working in a Sales Ledger environment
Have excellent telephone and customer service skills
Have effective organisational skills
Are able to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively
Enjoy working equally on your own initiative or within a team
Live within a commutable distance to Hunslet, Leeds
THE PACKAGE

Circa £18,000 - £20,000 basic salary, subject to experience
