We are working with our client exclusively to recruit for a Sales Ledger Assistant on a 12 month FTC Your new company You will be working for an established services business based in Royal Wootton Bassett, who due to growth are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Assistant to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. Your new role In this role, you will be responsible for : * Processing sales orders * Processing sales invoices & credit notes * Resolving customer queries * Working closely with the sales team and business managers * Maintaining aged debtors monthly * Other ad-hoc duties as required What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need : * Recent experience in a similar role * Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail * Awareness and knowledge of sales order and invoice processing * To be driven to provide an excellent customer service What you'll get in return In return for this role, you will receive a salary of up to 26,500 per annum, plus other company benefits once employed.
