Sales Ledger & Credit Control Assistant

Sales Ledger & Credit Control Assistant required to join an award-winning manufacturing business in Kidderminster who are growing by acquisition and are therefore looking to grow their finance team on a permanent basis. This is a varied role in which you will be reporting into the Credit Manager as part of a friendly team of 5 supporting the credit control and sales ledger function. A summary of your duties will include:

  • Sales Ledger - allocating incoming payments and raising invoices.
  • Credit control - chasing overdue debt on accounts.
  • Liaising with customers and resolving any queries to enable payment.
  • Bank and ledger reconciliations.
  • Any other general administration as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 2+years' experience in credit control & sales ledger (manufacturing preferred)
  • Experience using Navision 365 Accounting package
  • Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP's.
  • Self-starter and able to work under minimal supervision.

The salary on offer is between £20-22k dependant on experience plus 33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays), attractive pension, death in service cover, flexible/laid back working arrangements and free parking.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
