T2M resourcing are working with a successful global organisation who have an opportunity for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join their team.

As Sales Ledger Administrator you will be joining a busy and vibrant working environment in prestigious offices in a City Centre location. In this role, you will play an Integral role ensuring that all receipts are posted to the sales ledger in a timely manner, and that client disputes against invoices are registered and resolved.

As Sales Ledger Administrator, key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of shared in-boxes and allocation of work within the team
  • Cash posting and allocation for all entities
  • Ownership of unallocated cash and driving reductions
  • Suspense account reviews
  • Supporting the bank reconciliation process and dealing with any queries within the agreed SLA
  • Supporting the balance sheet reconciliations process, and agreeing any unreconciled balances
  • Accountable for the end-to-end disputes management process
  • Registering disputes in the system and ensuring all queries are routed for resolution in a timely manner, with appropriate level of detail
  • Liaison with the relevant departments to ensure resolution of disputes in line with an agreed SLA; representing the Credit team in debt reviews with relevant business areas
  • Raising of all credit notes within the agreed SLA
  • Identification of common issues with disputes and implementation of root-cause fix
  • Compliance with all relevant legislation and internal controls (SOX)

To be successful as Sales Ledger Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable/ credit control environment
  • Proven track record of achieving KPI's
  • Comprehensive knowledge of credit process and procedures is essential, along with ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Pro-active, responsive and action orientated
  • Excellent IT skills including Word/Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills
