Sales Ledger Clerk required for a fantastic new opportunity, working for an established business based in Bilston. Having been in operation for almost 100 years, the business boasts a relaxed and approachable culture which invests in their teams to deliver the best service to their customers. You will be working as part of a small and well established finance team where you will be solely responsible for the accounts receivable function.

Duties:
- Raise invoices
- Chase outstanding payments by phone and email
- Allocating payments received
- Liaise with other departments to ensure company policies are adhered to
- Ensure invoice information is correct and resolve any issues
- Manage internal and external queries
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Reconciling bank statements
- Allocating payments received
- Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
- Previous experience in accounts receivable position
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Hands on and can-do attitude
- Able to manage and prioritise workload with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail

My client is easily accessible by public transport and on site parking is available, you will be working 37.5 hours per week 9-5 with an early finish on Fridays. The business will offer AAT study support for the successful applicant should you wish to expand your knowledge base through studies and further benefits are available.
