FRS are supporting a well established business in the heart of Coventry with the recruitment of a Sales Ledger Administrator on a 3 month contract. Duties will include:

Duties will include
• Ensuring all invoices are raised on a timely basis
• Raising high volumes of sales invoices as required
• Preparing and banking cheques
• Working closely with the Credit Control team and supporting team members
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have/be
• Experienced in raising invoices
• Professional telephone/email/letter etiquette
• Have the confidence to speak with staff at all levels within the business
• Proficient using Excel and MS Word
• Immediately available for a 3 month contract
