ABS Commercial Solutions offer skilled interims to tier one and tier two clients across the civil engineering, telecoms and utilities sectors on a fixed-term or project basis. We offer several services across the commercial industry including commercial support, bid support, dispute resolution, procurement, commercial auditing, contract formation and commercial training.

Due to increasing success over the last 12-months, ABS Commercial Solutions are looking to expand our Accounts team based in the head office in Chorley.

Summary of Position

To ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices, supporting the Accounts team by assisting with departmental administration and reporting.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

Processing purchase invoices and resolution of queries
Processing sales invoices and credit card transactions
Statement reconciliations
Processing bank transactions
Answering phone calls / general administration work
Other tasks, depending on the candidate(s), could include bank reconciliations and reporting on debtors and creditors
