Sales & Purchase Ledger Clerk

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales & Purchase Ledger Clerk. My client is a progressive, choice employer in the area who are seeking support to cover a fixed term, 6 month period.

The successful candidate will be experienced in all round accounts and be comfortable processing high volumes of both sales and purchase ledger invoices. You will have strong Microsoft Excel skills and be a team player with exceptional communication skills. This role will suit a proactive, self starter who is able to commit to the entire contract duration.

Duties will include:

- Processing high volumes of sales and purchase ledger invoices
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Raising invoices
- Raising debit and credit notes
- Statement reconciliations
- Aged debt reporting
- Query resolution

Elevation Accountancy & Finance would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

- Exposure to high volumes of invoices
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Team player
- Proactive
