Retail Credit Admin - Senior Associate

Our client is an international bank with a growing branch network in the UK. They are seeking an individual with back-office administration experience for their Credit Administration Subsidiary team based in Harrow.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

With this role, you will be responsible for all back-office work pertaining to loan accounts, such as the handling of all Bilateral Credit/Syndication loans, liaising with solicitors and other banks / branches and creating reports/ MIS as demanded by regulators.

You would be suitable for this role if you have

A working knowledge of loans, advances and general loan operations
Sound knowledge of Finacle operations, MS Word and Excel
Working knowledge of Bloomberg / ReutersMain Responsibility

To assist in the portfolio maintenance for all Bilateral Credit/ Syndication loans.

Other key responsibilities

Drawdowns / rollovers / interest servicing / repayments etc.
Advising daily currency-wise cash flows to Treasury
Annual review of CRE loans up to £1 million.
Assisting the Head Credit Admin in monitoring CRE Portfolio such as periodic valuation updating, review/renewal dates updating etc.
Following up with solicitors to ensure registration of Bank's interest in land registry, companies house etc.
Ensure valuation of mortgaged properties is conducted as per timelines stipulated by liaising with the borrowers and valuers.
Maintenance of the Loans and Commissions Registers & Documents Register.
Periodical reports and returns on the Credit book to various stakeholders including but not limited to board, senior management, various committees, IBG, finance department etc.Apply now for more information
