Due to rapid international expansion, Fortem International Ltd. an award winning global exhibition organiser are looking for a new member of their Customer Relations team.

Job Role
To work as part of the Customer Relations Team, having responsibility for your own portfolio of clients over one or more exhibitions. To ensure all exhibitors are managed from enrolment to delivery, ensuring exhibitor's portals are complete and the account is fully paid.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact all exhibitors on a frequent basis ensuring a high standard of relationship is maintained.

* Be the first point of contact for any questions exhibitors have regarding their account or the exhibition.

* Take payment for any outstanding invoices.

* Signpost exhibitors to other departments for specific enquiries.

* Maintain accurate records of all exhibitor contact on our CRM. (Pipedrive)

* Engage with Exhibition Directors and heads of other departments to manage any problem account.

You will be working from a lively, modern office in Central Bristol or our Central London office depending on your preference with an attractive bonus scheme upon achieving monthly targets. The ideal candidate would be a confident, driven individual with previous experience dealing with both external clients and internal line managers or directors
