Purchase Ledger Team Leader

Description:

Pure are currently exclusively working with a manufacturing business based in South Norfolk who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Team Leader to join the business.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be overseeing a team of 5 people, whilst working closely with the rest of the finance function.

Duties of this role include but aren't limited to:

Processing customer invoices
Valuing work instructions to compare against customer order expectations
Resolving queries with internal teams and external customers
Resolve any pricing queries
Raising credit notes
Ensure that procedures and controls are adhered to
Other ad hoc duties as and when requested by management
The successful candidate will have:

AAT Qualification (qual by experience will be considered)
Experience in a similar position previously
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Great communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to input data in a timely manner in order to
Able to meet tight deadlines
The appointed person will be appointed on a full-time perm contract at 37.5hr per week.
