Purchase Ledger Team Leader

Description:

Pure are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving business based In West Norfolk who are seeking a Purchase Ledger Manager to join their busy finance team.

Due to a recent restructure and team growth, this is a new position to the business which will report to the companies Finance Director.

Key duties of the role include but aren't limited to:

Overseeing all day to day people management activity of a medium sized team
Ensuring that all trade invoices are paid to strict deadlines
Ensure that all businesses key accounts are reconciled and paid to terms
Review and agree supplier statements on a monthly basis
Prepare payment runs based on supplier terms
Take responsibility for training new starters on business systems
Support the team with ongoing training and development needs
Review workload for the team on a monthly basis
Personal skills and qualifications required:

Experience in a similar position
People management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good Excel experience
The successful person will receive a completive package and will be employed on a full-time basis.
