Purchase Ledger Supervisor for an energy company based in Southampton

Your new company

You will be working for a company with offices throughout Europe who are a very lively team looking for someone to fit in to the upbeat atmosphere.

Your new role

You will be working as a Purchase Ledger Supervisor for a company based in Southampton in which you will be;

  • Dealing with daily post - sorting invoices and statements etc
  • Matching of incoming supplier invoices to purchase orders
  • Accurate coding of invoices using nominal ledger codes and cost centres
  • Entry of invoices onto computer system
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Liaising with colleagues and suppliers to resolve queries
  • Mentor & Develop 1 Team Member


What you'll need to succeed

  • SAP Business One
  • Oracle R12 (future)
  • MS Office - Outlook, Word
  • MS Excel Skills - export files from SAP into Excel, VLOOKUP's, PIVOT's
