A busy manufacturing company in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove are looking for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor.

Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday-Thursday)

8 - 12.30pm (Friday)

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 p/annum (depending on exp)

Duties:

* Responsible for ensuring all supplier transactions are processed in a timely manner

* first point of call for any support needed by our accounts administrators

* Day to day monitoring of supplier ledgers

* Ensuring invoices are correct and goods/services have been received.

* Reconciliation of two company purchase ledgers

* Reconciliation of Supplier statements

* Overall Responsibility for Monthly and ½ monthly payment runs

* Raising cheques where necessary

* Processing of Pro-forma invoices

* Supervision of a purchase ledger clerk

* Dealing with Supplier queries

Person Specification

* Must have a minimum of 3 year's experience within a Purchase Ledger Role

* Strong attention to detail

* Good problem-solving skills and problem analysis skills

* Ability to follow processes and procedure accurately

* Excellent communication skills

* Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office programmes

* Must have experience with Sage

* SAP Business One would be an advantageous
