My Client based in Lenton are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to manage and work with a team of 5 Purchase Ledger Assistants.

Duties will include but not limited to-

* Lead the team to ensure all deadlines are met and work is accurate

* Organise the allocation of workload and advise on timescales for completion

* Coordinate activities within the accounts payable team to ensure monthly and quarterly financial reports & results

* Ensure all invoices are registered & have the appropriate ledger code

* Oversee the reconciliation of all supplier statements

* Manager accurate payments of suppliers for goods and services

* People management within the team including sickness, holidays, reviews etc

Successful candidates will require 2-3 years experience in a Team Leader/ Supervisor role and have previous purchase ledger experience also.

Be computer literate with Microsoft Packages including Excel.

Candidates must be self motivated, organised, be able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

40 hour working week.

Salary dependant on experience
