About Our Client

My client is a business that has grown exponentially over the last few years.

Job Description

The core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing the Accounts payable team

Reconciliation of the purchase ledger control account

Ensure AP journals are authorised

BACS runs

Weekly bank reconciliations

Ensure the month end reporting timetable is adhered to

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

Have proven track record of staff management/supervision

Be knowledgeable in accounts payable

Have excellent interpersonal skills

Be proficient in the use of Excel to an intermediate standard
