We are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Manager to fulfil a 12 month maternity cover for a large retail business in Northamptonshire

We are currently recruiting for a 12 month fixed term contract, covering a maternity cover for a business based in Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Manager role include:

- Leading and managing a team of 4 ledger clerks

- Authorise and submit payment runs to suppliers

- Close down the ledger at month end.

- Support the team in the day to day activities within purchase ledger including invoice processing, reconciliations, and query resolution.

This role would suit a Manager who is hands on and happy to lead from the front and get involved with the day to day functions of the purchase ledger department. Experience working on a property ledger would be advantageous.

The role is paying up to £35,000 depending on experience and will be hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in the office with the remainder from home
