I am working with a business based in the Newark area who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

I am working with a business based in the Newark area who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Description

Registering invoices onto the system
Matching the invoices against PO and GRN
Liaise with purchasing, stores and suppliers to resolve queries
Regular and ad-hoc payment management to suppliers
Reconciling Supplier Statements
All supplier statements to be reconciled each month Cash book postings and bank reconciliations
Posting all items on the system and reconciling each week
Expenses
CIS returns
Reports as required
Profile

Experience with accounting systems
IT experience - excel skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Confident telephone manner
Job Offer

Salary up to £21,000
Flexible working hours
