A Purchase Ledger role to join a busy Purchase Ledger team. Working for a large and reputable business.

Client Details

A highly reputable business with a strong reputation, based in modern offices in the Chertsey area with free parking provided and very easy access via public transport.

Flexibility to work 1-2 days per week from home.

Description

The Purchase Ledger role involves;

  • Processing high volumes of invoices

  • PO number allocation

  • reconciling supplier statements and weekly payment runs.

  • You will enjoy fast-paced, repetitive work with a customer service focus as part of a Group function looking after several business units.

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Purchase Ledger role;

  • The successful candidate will have 2 years + Purchase Ledger experience.

  • Processing high volumes of invoices and queries on a daily basis.

  • You will have excellent Microsoft package experience and be highly competent with Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • You will have good communication skills with a strong work ethic for working effectively, both independently and as a team.

  • Happy working both in the office and from home.

Job Offer

The Purchase Ledger role offers a competitive salary of £24-26,000 + benefits (working from home 1-2 days per week / Pension / up to 28 days holiday).
