A family run business established in 1966. We are an award-winning high-quality packaging company working with the latest substrates, finishes and machinery within the packaging industry. This allows us to continue to be a worldwide supplier of premium quality cartons to the fine fragrance, cosmetics, and premium spirit drinks markets.

Hours of Work: 36 and a half, hour working week, 8.30-5, 8.30 - 4 Friday.

Salary: £22.5k Per Annum

We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our accounts department.

Purchase Ledger Duties:

  • Processing supplier invoices (approx. 1000 per month)
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Prepare and process payment runs
  • Dealing with internal and external queries
  • Managing good relationship both internally and externally
  • Assisting the CFO with ad-hoc duties or projects

Purchase Ledger Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Enthusiasm and determination.
