This established company is looking for a full time PURCHASE LEDGER ADMINISTRATOR to join this small accounts team.

Reporting into the Finance Manager you will ensure the timely payment and accurate recording of invoices and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the Accounts team.

Key responsibilities:

* Posting Purchase Invoices to Sage Line 50

* Checking Purchase Invoices for accuracy

* Checking Purchased parts have been recharged out on operating system

* Generating costings for quoted works to confirm profits made

* Checking and posting of expenses to Sage Line 50

* Reconciling monthly credit card statements

* Dealing with Purchase Ledger and payment queries

* Preparation of weekly supplier payments

* Checking Supplier statements and chasing missing documents/info

* Allocating payments to Sage Line 50

* Purchasing items, online, over the phone as required

* Paying parking/congestion charges online

* Downloading invoices and activity documents from supplier systems

* Other general financial/accounting duties as required

Skills required:

* Good numerical and organisational skills

* High degree of accuracy with a commitment to high standards

* Ability to work on own initiative and to multi-task effectively

* Flexible working approach

* Excellent communication skills

* Good IT skills

Additional information:

* Mon - Friday 9-5.15pm
