Purchase Ledger Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices
  • Checking invoices against purchase orders
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Building and maintaining relationships within your teams and with suppliers
  • Dealing with supplier queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Other daily admin duties as required

Purchase Ledger Requirements:

  • Previous Purchase Ledger experience
  • Good excel skills
  • A good sense of humour
  • A good work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accounting qualifications are not necessarily essential
