Purchase Ledger (Part Time)

Job location: Ashbourne (Office based)

Salary: £10.00ph - £11.25ph

Hours per week: 20-25 hours pw/ 4-5 days pw (flexible)

Contract length: 6 - 9 Months

Start date: ASAP

About the Client: A global manufacturer based in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.

About You:

* You'll have over 1 years of experience as a purchase ledger.

* Be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of working within a fully integrated ERP environment.

* Have strong numeracy and accuracy skills.

* You will be used to working to tight deadlines

* Possess excellent communication skills.

Job Overview:

* Purchase Ledger Administrator to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices and to ensure suppliers are paid correctly and to agreed terms.

* You will also be responsible for identifying and highlighting invoice queries and liaising with both internal and external customers to resolve or escalate where necessary.

* Matching invoices to purchase orders, processing invoices onto the system, filing, following up on queries.

Person Profile/Experience:

* The successful candidate will have experience of working in a purchase ledger role, ideally with experience of importing raw materials.

* You will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of working within a fully integrated ERP environment combined with strong numeracy and accuracy skills.

* You will be used to working to tight deadlines and will possess excellent communication skills
