Well-established property company with a substantial accounts department are looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join a friendly team. The successful purchase ledger clerk will receive a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, annual pay rise / bonus and lots of other benefits! IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT CANDIDATES HAVE WORKED WITH QUBE HORIZON SOFTWARE.
The purchase ledger clerk will be responsible for:
* Daily use of Qube Horizon
* Processing, coding, posting and allocating of supplier invoices
* Supplier account reconciliations
* Liaising with suppliers and in-house property managers, face to face and by telephone
* Assisting with purchase ledger queries
* Setting up suppliers
* Reconciling letting agent statements
* Filing and liaising with scanning department
* Ad-hoc admin tasks
* Posting credit card expenses and reconciling credit card monthly statements
* Reconciling residential lease balances including refunds of tenants' deposits and raising either CHAPS payments or cheques back to tenants or intercompany accounts.
The successful purchase ledger clerk will be a competent communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be flexible, enjoy a varied workload and be happy to get involved in ad-hoc projects and tasks. It is essential that you have the ability to manage a heavy workload whilst ensuring accuracy and following company processes. PLEASE NOTE - We can only consider candidates who have experience of using Qube Horizon.
Experience of being a purchase ledger clerk in a property company is advantageous although not essential as is recent experience of using property management software and excel, word etc
