Working in partnership with a recognised leader in ethical and sustainable retail - Cubed are recruiting for exciting new positions, created to support the continued growth and success of the business.
We are now looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their existing team, ensuring that all stock invoices are matched to purchase orders and delivery notes, and are then posted onto their system.
In the role you will be responsible for…
* Matching stock invoices and purchase orders and investigating any discrepancies.
* Meeting payment deadlines.
* Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively whilst adhering to all Company procedures.
* Ensuring that your Department is operating effectively and efficiently - investigating any discrepancies.
* Posting invoices onto Navision using digital documentation software.
* Liaising with the relevant departments to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
* Ensuring that all invoices are filed in a secure, timely and accurate way Administration of systems.
* Using relevant forms of communication where necessary.
* Maintain accurate and up to date records.
You will be proficient in the use of Excel, have experience within a Purchase Ledger position previously and, ideally, be familiar with the Navision system. Great attention to detail and a proactive and 'can do' attitude is essential.
