We require an experienced Purchase Ledger professional to provide some additional support to our client based in Milton Keynes on a temporary basis.

You must be able to hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision within a small, busy and friendly team.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Coding and processing electronic/paper invoices
Resolving queries/disputes relating to supplier invoices and debit notes
Monthly reconciliations
Raising debit notes for shortage/price discrepancies
Raising cost pricing disputes with the buying department
Supplier statement reconciliations
Answer and deal with any phone calls and resolve supplier queries
Monitor and respond to any emails sent to the accounts / invoices inbox
Support Finance Department with ad hoc tasks as required
Assist with Client Setups
