Description:

Purchase Ledger Processor required for busy Insurance Office in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The ideal candidate will join our accounts team ideally with experience in a similar role. You will be methodical in your approach and able to work within tight deadlines.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Ensure payments are made to Insurance companies in a timely manner.

- Maintaining and reconciling purchase ledgers.

- Carry out monthly supplier statement reconciliations.

- Investigate and resolve supplier invoice queries

- Process bank receipts and refunds to and from clients

- Assist with month end reporting

- General administrative duties such as answering the phone and filing.

- A good knowledge of Outlook and Excel required. We operate Open gi system, but training will be supplied.
