The client is a national business with a branch based in Portsmouth. They are situated close to the M27 with good public transport links e.g. bus.

Job Description

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for:

Processing and inputting invoices on to the accounting software system

Supplier statement reconciliations

Month end duties regarding Purchase Ledger

Investigating discrepancies

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the role, you must:

Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this

Be immediately available or on very short notice

Be a good team player

Be able to multi-task

Be comfortable working within an office environment
